RTN Community Hub – Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Real Time Network (RTN) Affiliate Hub (the “Hub” or “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any community spaces, groups, forums, messaging, events, resources, and related services provided by RTN.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) Definitions

“RTN” means Real Time Network and its affiliated brands, programs, and services.
“Affiliate” means an individual or entity approved to participate in the RTN Affiliate Program.
“Platform” / “Hub” means the RTN Affiliate Hub and all related community areas and tools.
“Content” includes posts, comments, messages, uploads, images, videos, files, and links.

3) Eligibility (Approved RTN Affiliates Only)

The Platform is a closed community available only to registered and approved RTN Affiliates. You represent that you:

• Are currently approved in the RTN Affiliate Program,
• Will provide accurate, current information, and
• Will keep your account information updated.

RTN may deny, revoke, or restrict access at its discretion.

4) Account Registration & Security

Your login credentials are confidential, personal/non-transferable, and tied to your RTN Affiliate account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must promptly notify RTN if you suspect unauthorized access.
RTN may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.

5) Purpose of the Platform

The Platform exists to support approved Affiliates with:

• Collaboration, training, support, and announcements,
• Sharing RTN-approved resources and marketing strategies,
• Access to affiliate tools, assets, and updates.

6) Community Conduct & Professionalism

You agree to engage professionally and respectfully. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others,
• Post discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content,
• Political Content
• Share phishing links, malware, or deceptive content,
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or relationship to RTN,
• Disrupt the community (trolling, repeated arguments, “flame wars”).

RTN may remove content or restrict access when conduct undermines the Hub.

7) RTN-Focused Use (No Unrelated Promotion)

To keep the Hub useful and on-mission:

• Do not promote or recruit for non-RTN business opportunities, unrelated affiliate programs, or off-topic products/services.
• Do not use the Platform to solicit members for competing communities or programs.
• Limited personal networking is fine, but repeated self-promotion or unrelated offers are not.

8) Affiliate Marketing Rules & Compliance

When sharing offers, links, promotions, or marketing advice, you agree to:

• Follow the RTN Affiliate Program requirements and any brand guidelines provided by RTN,
• Make legally required disclosures (e.g., “I may earn commissions”), when applicable,
• Avoid spam (excessive posting, repetitive links, or unsolicited DMs),
• Avoid misleading claims, including income/earning guarantees or “too good to be true” statements,
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (advertising, consumer protection, privacy, email/SMS rules, etc.).

9) Confidentiality

Because the Hub may include internal strategies, tools, training, and member discussions:

• Treat non-public Hub discussions and resources as confidential unless RTN clearly states otherwise.
• Do not share screenshots, downloads, member info, or private discussions outside the Hub without permission from RTN (and, where relevant, the member who posted it).

10) User Content License & Responsibility

You retain ownership of Content you post.

By posting Content, you grant RTN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content as needed to operate and improve the Platform (including moderation, support, and community features).

You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

11) Intellectual Property (RTN Materials)

All RTN logos, trademarks, designs, templates, training materials, UI, software, and Platform content provided by RTN are owned by RTN or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RTN materials without written permission, except as explicitly allowed for Affiliate marketing under RTN guidelines.

12) Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is subject to RTN’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

13) Moderation & Enforcement

RTN and its moderators may, at any time:

• Remove or edit content,
• Issue warnings,
• Temporarily mute, limit, or suspend accounts,
• Permanently terminate access for repeated or serious violations.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and Platform.

14) Termination of Access

RTN may terminate or restrict your access if:

• You violate these Terms or RTN policies,
• Your Affiliate status becomes inactive/terminated,
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct,
• Your account is inactive for an extended period (as defined by RTN).

15) Disclaimer (No Earnings Guarantee; No Professional Advice)

No earnings are guaranteed. Results vary based on effort, market conditions, and many factors outside RTN’s control.

Content in the Hub is provided for general informational purposes and may include opinions. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and compliance.

16) No Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” RTN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your requirements.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

18) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify RTN from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Your Content,
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law,
• Your marketing activities, representations, or disclosures.

19) Changes to These Terms

RTN may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. RTN may provide notice through the Platform or via email.
